KYZEN’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Replacement of a unit due to a change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.
2. If the item is defective, the customer shall inform https://www.kyzen.ph/ within 7 days. Kindly send us an email at gail.logistic@kyzen.ph , and a Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter. If the customer informs kyzen.ph later than 7 days, the concern will still be investigated, but item replacement will be under the manufacturer's disposition.
3. Countdown of allowable return period shall start once customer has gained physical possession of the item (i.e. date of pickup or delivery).
4. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition and sent back to us with prepaid shipping charges, insured for the full purchase price, and accompanied by the following documents:
a) Original Sales Invoice
b) Photocopy SI, with accompanying valid ID matching the name in the SI. Customer should sign on the actual photocopy beside the ID
c) Certificate of Purchase.
5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Kyzen may charge administrative and handling fees depending on the circumstances of the return.
6. Here is the list of reasons why customers can return their purchased product:
a) Item not as advertised – The item(s) received is not as expected based on the website purchase.
b) Wrong item delivered – The item(s) received by the customer is not the same product he/she ordered.
c) Damaged item – The item(s) received by the customer may have dents, scratches, or any issues related to cosmetic quality
d) Defective item – The item(s) received by the customer is not working properly or has a “factory defect.
e) Missing accessories/item – Some parts or bundles of the order are missing.

Also send a photo of the physical appearance of the product and packaging box to https://www.kyzen.ph/.
Please report the defective item within 7 days after receiving your order to our customer service team at (02) 85268035
